Stella Sehn and her husband and apiarist, Sheldon Hill, focus on creating products that are as natural as possible. Using an innovative technology called Flow Hive, they are able to extract honey from their hives and pour it directly into jars with little disturbance to the bees.

Sweet Pure Honey is the unprocessed, concentrated nectar of flowers. From the field to the warehouse, their Canada No.1 Raw White Honey is extracted, poured into jars, and frozen where it sets up naturally to a white spreadable raw honey butter. Sweet Pure Honey is proud to be one of the earliest Apiaries to support the ethical Fair Trade movement. They are passionate and dedicated to ensuring all bee farmers are paid fair value for their crops.
