Skinny's Smoke House was founded in 2013 with the vision of serving southern BBQ flavours with a Canadian twist to serve Medicine Hat and Area. In the years since, they have evolved from a small take-out style location with the seating capacity of 15, to a modern and unique 200 seat full service restaurant and lounge.
